Hiring: BAMS Trainer and Technician

Qualification-Dip/BTech In Industrial Automation

Fulll Time/Regular

Experience: 3 years to 6 years

Job Summary:

BMS (Building Management System) Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to students, engineers, and professionals in the areas of industrial automation, control systems, and building management technologies. The trainer will design and implement training modules, provide hands-on sessions, and ensure trainees gain both theoretical and practical expertise aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions on Industrial Automation systems such as PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, VFD, and related control technologies.
- Deliver training programs on Building Management Systems (BMS) including Autocad, HVAC control, lighting systems, fire alarm systems, and access control integration.
- Design and update training materials, modules, and lab exercises according to current industrial practices.
- Provide hands-on practical demonstrations using automation equipment, simulation tools, and control panels.
- Assess trainees’ performance through assignments,



practical evaluations, and examinations.
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting training kits and laboratory equipment.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in automation, IoT, and BMS systems.
- Support academic/industrial collaboration projects and internships related to automation and BMS.
- Prepare and submit training reports, feedback, and progress documentation to the management.

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, HMI interfaces, and communication protocols
- Sound understanding of BMS architecture and integration of HVAC, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
- Software skill-Autocad and Energy Management Software
- Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage a training lab and ensure equipment safety and calibration.
- Valuable documentation and report-preparation abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
