Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager whose primary responsibility is to sell ShramIN Jobs job portal services . This includes selling job postings, employer subscriptions, recruitment packages, and hiring solutions to companies and recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell ShramIN Jobs job portal services to employers, HR teams, recruiters, and staffing agencies.
- Generate new business through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online leads.
- Pitch ShramIN Jobs as a hiring solution and close deals.
- Onboard employers onto the ShramIN Jobs platform.
- Explain portal features, pricing plans,



and benefits to clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with clients for renewals and repeat business.
- Collect market feedback to help improve the platform.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in selling job portals, recruitment services, or HR solutions.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and direct sales.
- Good communication in English and local language(s).
- Target-driven mindset.

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Experience selling to SMEs, factories, contractors, or staffing firms.
- Knowledge of blue-collar or mass hiring recruitment.
- Existing network of HRs or recruiters.
