You'll work directly under our Head of Creative, getting hands-on exposure to real-world design work from day one.???? ???'?? ??• Assist in designing creatives for social media posts, reels, and digital campaigns• Help maintain visual consistency across platforms• Contribute fresh ideas to creative brainstorms• Learn industry-standard design workflows and processes???? ??'?? ??????? ???• Background or coursework in design, fine arts, or multimedia (degree not required)• Basic familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator• A strong eye for aesthetics, color, layout, and typography• No prior professional experience required,
