Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding selected employees. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of recruitment platforms, and the ability to identify suitable talent for organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements from department managers
- Prepare and post job descriptions on portals like , , Apna, Indeed.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment tracker




- Negotiate salary and discuss joining timelines
- Release offer letters and coordinate onboarding formalities
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment process
- Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
- Screening and interviewing skills
- Negotiation and coordination ability
- MS Excel and recruitment tracking knowledge

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in bulk hiring / lateral hiring
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good networking skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
