Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and agile Political State Lead to oversee political operations, stakeholder engagement, campaign execution, and strategic initiatives at the state level. The role requires strong leadership, political understanding, organizational skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, government relations, and public outreach activities.

The Political State Lead will act as the primary coordinator for state-level political strategy, public engagement, media coordination, and grassroots operations to ensure successful execution of organizational and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage political operations and activities across the assigned state.
Develop and execute state-level political strategies and campaign plans.
Build and maintain relationships with political leaders, government officials, influencers, and community stakeholders.
Coordinate with district, regional, and booth-level teams for campaign execution.
Monitor political developments, public sentiment, opposition activities, and policy changes.




Oversee grassroots mobilization, public outreach programs, rallies, and events.
Manage media coordination, communication messaging, and public relations efforts.
Analyze voter demographics, political trends, and election data to support strategic decisions.
Ensure smooth coordination between central leadership and state teams.
Prepare periodic political intelligence and performance reports for leadership.
Support crisis management and rapid response communication when required.
Drive volunteer engagement and organizational expansion initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Journalism, Mass Communication, Law, Management, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in political campaigns, public affairs, government relations, advocacy, or organizational leadership.
