Field Sales Representative – Solar Installation Industry

Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Industry: Solar Energy / Solar Installation

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Tele sales

Location: AGRA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Representative for the solar installation industry. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in field sales and must be confident in meeting customers, generating leads, and closing sales.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong understanding of customer handling and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

Visit residential, commercial, and industrial clients to promote solar installation services

Explain solar products, benefits, pricing,

and installation process to customers

Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales

Coordinate with the installation team for smooth project execution

Maintain daily sales reports and customer records

Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele sales

Experience in solar industry will be preferred

Good communication and negotiation skills

Must have own smartphone

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting
