Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage Internal IT Recruitment and HR Operations activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring IT professionals, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, onboarding activities, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Internal IT Recruitment

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with technical panels.
- Coordinate interview processes and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Prepare offer letters and support onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

HR Operations





- Manage employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave management, and HR compliance activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Assist in payroll inputs and employee verification processes.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of IT recruitment process.
- Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Qualification

- Bachelors Degree / MBA in HR or related field.
- Prior experience in IT recruitment and HR operations is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
