We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead and oversee our diverse range of construction projects. You will be responsible for transforming architectural blueprints into reality, managing onsite teams, and ensuring that all structures are built to the highest safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical mastery in structural design and proven leadership in project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead and facilitate entire engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
- Site Supervision: Direct onsite construction teams and subcontractors; conduct regular inspections to verify work matches plans and specifications.
- Technical Design:
Review and interpret complex civil/structural drawings; utilize software like AutoCAD and STAAD for design verification.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities strictly adhere to local building codes, safety regulations (HSE), and quality assurance protocols.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for architects, consultants, government authorities, and clients.
- Resource Management: Manage project budgets, material forecasting, and resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
