Role & responsibilities

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Employee Central module. The role involves working closely with HR, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure effective management of employee data, organizational structures, and HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HRIS systems, SuccessFactors EC functionalities, and integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements
- Manage employee data, company structures, job classifications, and organizational hierarchies
- Design and maintain workflows, business rules, alerts, and notifications
- Gather and analyze HR requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Support data migration, data validation, and system integration activities (SAP/Non-SAP systems)
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies
- Perform system testing (Unit Testing, UAT) and support deployment activities
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules




- Maintain system documentation and provide end-user training
- Monitor system upgrades/releases and evaluate impact on existing configurations

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Strong knowledge of EC core functionalities (Position Management, Foundation Objects, MDF, Workflows)
- Hands-on experience in Business Rules, Data Models (Corporate & Succession), and Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Experience with integrations (SAP CPI, APIs, or middleware tools)
- Valuable understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
- Experience in Global Implementations or Support Projects
- Knowledge of additional modules like Payroll, Time Management, or Recruiting
- Familiarity with HR data privacy and compliance standards
