Key Responsibilities

- Sales &
- Business Development:

Promote and sell insurance policies (Motor ) by identifying prospects, negotiating terms, and achieving sales .

- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and manage client portfolios, provide advice on coverage, ensure renewals, and assist clients throughout the claims process

- Policy &

- Claims Administration:

Oversee policy issuance, renewals, cancellations, and claims processing to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction

- Risk Assessment &

- Compliance:

Analyze risks associated with insurance applications, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and maintain company risk standards

- Strategic &

- Operational Roles:

Collaborate with management on market analysis, develop insurance strategies, monitor key performance indicators,



and drive operational efficiencies 2.

- Team Leadership: Train and mentor junior executives or agents, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement

Qualifications and Experience

- Education: 12th pass , BA, Any Graduate

- Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years in insurance sales operations or BPO

- Skills: Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, sales, and communication skills. Proficiency in insurance management systems, Ms Exel
