Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring across digital, creative, tech, and support functions

- Drive Performance Management System (PMS), appraisals, feedback cycles, and employee development

- Enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives

- Manage payroll coordination, HR operations, compliance, PF, ESIC, and documentation

- Plan training and development programs aligned with business goals

- Foster a positive, people-centric, and performance-driven work culture

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Strong HR leadership experience in a fast-paced or agency workplace

- Expertise in recruitment, PMS, compliance, and HR operations

- Strong stakeholder management and employee engagement skills

- Proactive, execution-focused, and people-oriented approach

- Experience-8-12 yrs

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
