Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for customer service, team development, and achieving sales targets.

The Floor

Manager will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers, managing staff, maintaining store standards, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work setting.

- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service standards, and operational procedures.

- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement effective strategies to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered, promptly addressing customer inquiries, feedback,



and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction.

- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, merchandising, and conducting regular stock counts and audits to minimize shrinkage.

- Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to create an attractive, organized, and engaging store environment that enhances the customer experience.

- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash management, and ensure all financial transactions are processed correctly.

- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, safety, and security, identifying and addressing potential hazards.

- Assist with staff scheduling, performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.

- Generate and analyze operational reports, providing insights and recommendations to upper management on store performance and areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company standards.
