Job Title: Planning & Operations Executive

Reporting to: GM - Sales

Location: Andheri - HO

Summary:

The role involves supporting inventory planning, procurement coordination, order tracking, and dispatch operations for raw materials. The candidate will work closely with suppliers, transporters, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure smooth supply continuity and timely deliveries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Analyse customer forecasts and stock levels for inventory planning and smooth material availability.
- Coordinate with customer planning teams for demand updates and delivery schedules.
- Obtain quotations, coordinate with suppliers, and support sourcing of chemicals/raw materials.




- Follow up with suppliers for pricing, availability, documentation, samples, and dispatch timelines.
- Coordinate internally for purchase orders, inward documentation, and delivery execution.
- Track customer purchase orders against inventory and confirmed forecasts.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatches to customer sites.
- Maintain customer updates regarding order status, delivery schedules, and material availability.
- Support achievement of OTIF and inventory-related KPIs.

Education and Experience Background:

- Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed college/university.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Order Management, or Operations.
- Experience in Chemical/Pharma industry preferred.
