We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with hands-on expertise in hiring for the Canadian market. This role requires a deep understanding of Canada s talent landscape, hiring practices, and candidate expectations.

You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to drive end-to-end recruitment for Canada-based roles, ensuring high-quality hiring across technical and digital functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Canada-based roles, ensuring timely and high-quality closures across multiple tech and digital skill sets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Canada-based candidates, including both active and passive talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team fit, and hiring priorities specific to the Canadian market
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, Boolean search, AI sourcing tools, niche job boards, and Canadian talent communities
- Assess candidates for technical expertise, communication skills, and alignment with client expectations
- Manage the entire hiring lifecycle: screening, interview coordination, stakeholder communication, salary discussions, and offer closure
- Stay updated on Canadian hiring trends, salary benchmarks (CAD), talent availability, and regional nuances (Ontario, BC, etc.)
- Ensure awareness of basic Canadian employment practices (work eligibility,



time zones, cultural expectations)
- Continuously improve hiring processes to reduce turnaround time and improve candidate quality for Canada roles

Qualifications & Skills

- 5+ years of experience in IT/technical recruitment with exposure to international hiring (Canada preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for Canada-based roles (remote or onsite)
- Solid understanding of Canadian talent market, sourcing channels, and candidate behaviour
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and AI-driven recruitment tools
- Familiarity with salary benchmarks in CAD and regional hiring differences within Canada
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage international candidates effectively
- Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High ownership mindset with a solution-oriented approach to hiring challenges
