Roles and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and productive workflow.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

- Oversee daily operations of the facility to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

- Ensure smooth operation of facilities by coordinating with vendors and contractors for maintenance tasks like pest control.

- Manage soft services such as cafeteria, housekeeping, pantry, canteen management, facility administration, security management, inventory management, GRE (Guest Relation Executives), hospitality.
