Tax Manager

Role Summary The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end direct tax compliances, advisory, and litigation support for corporate and HNI clients. The role requires strong technical knowledge of the Income-tax Act, hands-on experience in assessments and audits, and the ability to independently handle complex tax matters and representations before tax authorities.

Qualified CA with minimum two years experience in handling Direct tax matters in a CA firm. Candidates should have good understanding of tax accounting, MS office and tax software/tax research with valuable hold over key word searches. Key responsibility areas will include carrying out :

- Full range of tax services and ensure compliance in accordance with regulations
- Creative tax planning and preparation of complex income tax returns of corporates and HNI's .
- Risk assessment and mitigation
- Carrying out Tax audits
- Preparation of Form 15CB in accordance with DTAA provisions
- Drafting of reply to notices covering both factual and legal grounds.
- Representation before tax authorities (AO/CIT-appeals)
