Role Purpose To drive institutional business growth through sourcing, structuring, and execution of Loan Against Securities (LAS), promoter funding, structured credit, capital market-linked financing, and treasury-led lending solutions for large corporates, promoter groups, family offices, NBFCs, and emerging enterprises.
The role involves client acquisition, transaction structuring, cross-functional coordination, risk monitoring, and portfolio management while ensuring profitability, superior client experience, and strong asset quality.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Portfolio Growth
* Source and originate Institutional LAS, promoter funding, margin-backed facilities, and capital market-linked transactions.
- Build and manage relationships with:
- Promoters
- CFOs
- Treasury Heads
- Family Offices
- Investment Banks
- PE/VC Funds
- Brokerages
- Listed and unlisted corporates
- Drive new client acquisition across assigned geographies and sectors.
- Identify financing opportunities against:
- Listed equity
- Mutual funds
- Bonds
- ESOPs
- Structured collateral pools
- Develop strong market connectivity with intermediaries, arrangers, merchant bankers, and wealth platforms.
- Build a scalable and profitable institutional portfolio with focus on yield optimization and risk-adjusted returns.
- Participate in structuring of:
- IPO financing
- Pre-IPO funding
- Acquisition financing
- Promoter funding
- Structured debt solutions
- Bridge financing
- Capital market exposure-backed lending

1. Transaction Structuring & Execution
* Understand client funding requirements and structure customized financing solutions.
- Conduct preliminary assessment of:
- Collateral quality
- Market liquidity
- Promoter profile
- Financial strength
- End-use of funds
- Work closely with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Credit teams for deal execution.
- Prepare and present transaction notes, financial analysis, and pricing proposals.
- Ensure timely sanction, documentation, disbursement,
and closure of transactions.
- Monitor exposure utilization, drawing power, and covenant adherence.
