We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounting Intern who can support the finance operations team with daily accounting activities, vendor coordination, invoice management, and end-to-end reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Reconciliation Management
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of:
Bank statements
Vendor payments
Client receipts
GST entries
Purchase invoices
Sales invoices
Petty cash
Employee reimbursements
Match invoices with purchase orders, quotations,



and payment records
Identify discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams/vendors for resolution
Maintain reconciliation trackers and MIS reports
Ensure all entries are updated accurately in accounting software and Excel sheets
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
Process vendor invoices and payment requests
Verify invoices, GST details, and supporting documents
Follow up with vendors regarding pending documents or mismatches
Maintain vendor ledger balances
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for approvals
Accounts Receivable & Client Coordination
Track incoming payments from clients
Maintain outstanding receivables reports
Coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups
Verify customer invoices and ensure timely documentation
GST & Compliance Support
Assist in GST data preparation and reconciliation
Maintain proper invoice records for compliance
Support monthly filing documentation
Cross-check GSTINs, tax a
