Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Supporting Actions

Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical and instrumentation equipment. 2. Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of electrical and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime.

Compliance with Safety Standards
Ensure all electrical and instrumentation work complies with safety regulations and standards. 2. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Energy Management
Monitor and analyze energy consumption patterns to identify opportunities for energy savings. 2. Implement energy-effective practices and technologies to reduce overall energy costs.

Equipment Reliability
Develop and implement reliability improvement programs for critical electrical and instrumentation equipment. 2. Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Team Development




Provide training and development opportunities for the E&I; maintenance team to enhance their skills and knowledge. 2. Foster a team-oriented and high-performance work culture within the team.

Spare Parts Management
Ensure adequate inventory of critical spare parts for electrical and instrumentation equipment. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely availability of spare parts.

Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of E&I; maintenance activities. 2. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs. 2. Generate regular reports on maintenance performance and key metrics for management review.
