Role Description

This is a full time, in office position for a School Principal, based in Ludhiana. The School Principal will oversee day-to-day school operations, provide educational leadership, and foster a productive and inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities include curriculum development, teacher mentoring, engaging with students and parents, maintaining academic standards,



and implementing policies and procedures to achieve the school's vision and goals.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Curriculum Development and experience in creating and implementing effective educational programs.
Strong Educational Leadership skills, including decision-making, mentorship, and leadership in school administration.
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
Experience in managing and engaging staff, particularly in a Middle School setting, is highly desirable.
In-depth understanding of Education systems, policies, and best practices in the academic field.
Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven leadership experience in an academic or school setting is highly advantageous.
