1. Client Billing & Certification

- Prepare and process Running Account (RA) bills and Final Bills in accordance with the project contract and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Conduct joint measurements with site engineers, clients, and consultants to verify work progress.
- Prepare rate analysis for extra or non-BOQ items and secure client approvals.
- Follow up with clients and consultants for timely certification and payment collection.

2. Subcontractor & Vendor Billing

- Verify and certify measurement books (MB) and bills submitted by subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure strict adherence to Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and agreed-upon piece-rate work (PRW).
- Resolve billing disputes, authenticate documents, and explicit queries for internal/external audits.

3. Cost Control & Reconciliation

- Conduct material reconciliation (cement, steel,



etc.) to minimize waste and ensure proper resource utilization.
- Track budget vs. actual costs, identifying and reporting deviations to management.

4. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, work orders, JMRs (Joint Measurement Records), and certified bills.
- Ensure all billing and taxation (GST) procedures comply with statutory and organizational financial policies.

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil. Experience: 6 to 12 years of core billing, contracts, and quantity surveying (QS) experience in real estate or infrastructure.
