Role & responsibilities :

Role: IBM ODM Developer

Exp: 5+ Years

Location: Pune

Notice Period: Immediate/ 30 Days

- Ideal years of total & relevant experience: 5+ years in software engineering, with robust relevant experience in IBM ODM, rule development, or fraud / payments decisioning environments.
- Key performance measurements: quality and accuracy of rule changes, turnaround time for customer change requests, effectiveness of fraud strategies, and reliability of deployments in production.
- Degrees or certifications required: Bachelors degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. IBM ODM experience is required; formal certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Disqualifiers: no hands-on IBM ODM experience, no relevant software engineering background in enterprise systems, limited ability to work in agile teams, or inability to analyze and validate rule changes using transaction data.
