We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting organizational hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Develop and post job descriptions on job portals, career pages, and social media
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role (0–3 years for junior, 3+ for senior roles)
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals
