Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kota for an Academic Mentor.

The Academic

Mentor will work closely with students to guide and support their academic progress, provide personalized mentorship, clarify subject-related doubts, and foster a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering training sessions, monitoring progress, and promoting a growth mindset through effective communication and engagement with students.

Qualifications

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and effectively mentor students.

- Proficiency in subject-specific knowledge, particularly in Mathematics and Education.

- Experience in delivering training programs and facilitating educational sessions.

- A passion for fostering student growth, effective problem-solving skills, and adaptability.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Prior experience in mentoring or teaching is advantageous but not mandatory.
