We’re Hiring: Flutter Developer (0-1 Year Experience)

Location: Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad (In office)

Experience: 0-1 year

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹10,000 / month for first 6 months, ₹15,000 / month thereafter

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Service Agreement: 18 months

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Flutter Developer (0-1 Year Experience) who is eager to build mobile applications and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

This role is ideal for candidates who have worked on academic projects, internships, freelance projects, or personal apps using Flutter and are willing to learn and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter
- Work with REST APIs and backend integrations
- Collaborate with the team to build new app features
- Debug issues and improve application performance
- Participate in testing and app deployment processes
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code




- Learn and adapt to new technologies as required
- Coordinate with designers and backend developers
- Provide regular progress updates on assigned tasks

️ Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Flutter & Dart
- Understanding of mobile app development concepts
- Familiarity with REST APIs
- Basic understanding of Firebase or backend integration
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub is a plus
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a startup environment
- Good communication skills

- Personal projects or portfolio apps
- Internship or freelance experience
- Basic knowledge of Node.js or React
- Experience publishing apps to Play Store
- Understanding of UI/UX principles
