Job Summary
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Executive for the Dibrugarh location. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Candidates with experience in sales, field marketing, dealer/distributor handling, or channel sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and market networking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
- Maintain daily sales reports and market feedback
Requirements
Required Skills

- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities

- Knowledge of local market and sales activities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Field Sales
- Candidates from Building Materials, FMCG, Plywood, Laminates, Paints, Hardware, or related industries will be preferred
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license
