This is a growth-focused role that sits at the intersection of marketing and program delivery. The Inside Sales + CRM Manager will own the outreach pipeline across Wadhwani Foundation’s core programs. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, managing the CRM ecosystem, and collaborating closely with program teams to convert outreach into partnerships, enrolments, and employer relationships.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable managing outreach pipelines while driving strong follow-through across multiple stakeholders and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline & Outreach Management

- Own the end-to-end outreach pipeline for-
- Accelerate (venture and partner pipeline)
- Liftoff.AI (institutional and corporate partners)
- Skilling (employer and placement partners)
- Execute structured outreach campaigns through Linked In, email, and phone calls
- Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and route them to the relevant program teams
- Track, monitor, and report pipeline health and outreach performance on a weekly basis
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to improve lead conversion and engagement rates

CRM Management

- Manage CRM setup, maintenance, hygiene, and reporting across programs




- Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into pipeline performance and lead status
- Ensure accurate data tracking, reporting, and funnel management
- Identify funnel gaps, drop-offs, and operational inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions
- Support teams in improving CRM adoption and process compliance

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with program teams to understand target partner profiles, outreach priorities, and conversion goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure strong campaign-to-pipeline linkage and timely follow-up of generated leads
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline communication, reporting, and outreach execution

Qualifications & Skills

- 5–7 years of experience in inside sales, business development, partnerships, or outreach-focused roles
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot and Zoho CRM
- Robust written and verbal communication skills with the ability to conduct cold outreach and persistent follow-ups professionally
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Data-driven approach with experience managing metrics, dashboards, and outreach reporting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience working with B2B, institutional, or ecosystem partners is preferred
