About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Graphic Design who will own the end-to-end execution, quality, and performance of all creative assets across channels. This role requires a strong balance of creative judgment, operational rigor, and performance orientation-ensuring that all outputs are on-brand, on-time, and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Creative Leadership

- Own end-to-end creative output across digital, print, and packaging, ensuring strong brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Uphold brand guidelines with minimal deviations across all assets
- Drive a first-time approval mindset, reducing dependency on multiple feedback cycles
- Maintain high standards of visual storytelling, messaging clarity, and platform relevance
- Continuously refine creative outputs based on performance data and insights
- Drive team upskilling while reinforcing brand identity to improve recall and consistency

2. Performance-Driven Creative Optimization

- Track and improve key engagement metrics (likes, shares, saves, CTR) across platforms
- Collaborate closely with marketing and performance teams to optimize creatives for conversions
- Drive month-on-month improvement in ROAS through iterative creative testing
- Analyze past campaigns and implement data-backed creative strategies

3. Go-Live Execution & Accuracy

- Ensure error-free publishing of creatives across all platforms
- Own the creative calendar and ensure timely delivery and deployment




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to eliminate last-minute gaps or delays

4. Shoot Planning & Execution

- Manage end-to-end shoot logistics and coordination
- Ensure product/sample readiness prior to shoots
- Oversee packing, coordination, and post-shoot sample tracking
- Photography of products for in-house and site shoots.

5. Creative Operations & Workflow Management

- Translate briefs into clear, actionable tasks for design and content teams
- Ensure quick turnaround with closure within 1–2 days post-feedback
- Minimize iteration cycles through stronger briefs and sharper feedback
- Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and output consistency

Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in creative or project management, preferably in D2C, fashion, or lifestyle
- Basic fashion photography skills is a must.
- Strong hold on Adobe Suite, Web Design, Typography, Photoshop, etc.
- Strong ability to lead creative across digital, print, and packaging with a cohesive brand lens
- Ability to balance creative quality with speed and scale
- High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth setting

- Creatives consistently go live on time, with minimal errors
- Reduced back-and-forth and faster approvals
- Tangible improvement in campaign performance driven by creatives
- Smooth, predictable execution of shoots and campaigns
