Role Description This full-time on-site role is situated in the New Alipore, Kolkata metropolitan area. As a Customer Relationship & Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing queries, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will assist with online customer interactions and contribute to technical support efforts as needed.
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and ensuring a streamlined customer experience are key components of this role.
Qualifications - Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and fostering Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Online Support and managing customer interactions effectively
- Ability to provide Technical Support and problem-solving for customer inquiries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to support sales operations
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is advantageous Job Responsibilities - Manage customer inquiries via Email, Phone & WhatsApp and update CRM
- Maintain daily CRM process - Client Registration, Allocation, Deactivation & Enquiry Distribution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct system demos to travel agents and understand their requirements
- Support sales team with quotation allocation, follow-ups & lead closures
- Update enquiry status in the system and coordinate with travel agents
- Resolve customer issues professionally and on time
- Maintain client database and monthly promotional mailers
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
- Collect post-tour monthly feedback and reviews from agents Pay Scale INR 26,000 - 29,000 per month (Cost to Company) + Incentives & Bonus on basis of Target Desired Candidate Profile - Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Computer Operating knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM) mandatory
- Minimum 2 years experience in Travel Industry in Sales / Customer Service / Ops
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
