Key Responsibilities

1. Structural design of RCC & Steel Beams and Columns as per relevant codes

2. Preparation and review of structural drawings and BOQs

3. Site supervision for structural erection and alignment

4. Quality control and compliance with IS / Eurocodes

5. Coordination with architects, consultants, contractors & project managers

6. Monitoring project timelines and structural safety standards

7. Technical documentation and reporting

8. Ensuring adherence to Maharashtra construction regulations and statutory approvals

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design & site execution

Strong expertise in:

Structural Analysis & Design Software (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP2000)

AutoCAD & Revit (BIM knowledge preferred)

Eurocodes & Indian Standard Codes

Experience in precast / cast-in-situ structural systems preferred





Knowledge of erection methodologies and safety protocols

Robust problem-solving and analytical skills

Language Requirement (Mandatory)

Fluent in Italian (spoken & written)

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Additional Preferred Skills

Experience in industrial / commercial projects

Knowledge of Maharashtra government construction policies

Familiarity with precast structural systems (preferred)

Project coordination and team leadership capability

Willingness to travel across Maharashtra project sites
