Job Title: Project Officer

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Project Area: 48 villages of Greater Noida, including villages located on/near the Yamuna Expressway.

Employment Type: Contractual(Project Based)

Reporting To: Project Manager

Salary : 25k to 28k (Depending upon experience and skill set)

About the Project

We are implementing a Menstrual Health & Hygiene (MHH) Project across rural communities and Govt. schools in Greater Noida with the objective of improving awareness, access, and adoption of safe menstrual hygiene practices among women and adolescent girls.

We are looking for a dynamic and committed Project Officer cum Trainer who can effectively manage field implementation while also leading community and school-based trainings on menstrual health and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities in villages, schools, and community settings
- Conduct training sessions and awareness workshops on Menstrual Health & Hygiene for:
- Women and adolescent girls
- School students
- Community stakeholders
- Manage overall project implementation in assigned villages
- Supervise and coordinate a field team of 3 staff members
- Ensure timely distribution of sanitary pads and maintain related records
- Maintain project documentation, data collection, and reporting
- Prepare periodic reports for management and donors
- Coordinate with donor agencies and support donor reporting requirements
- Liaise with government departments, school authorities, village leaders, ASHAs, Anganwadi workers,



and other stakeholders as required
- Support community mobilization and stakeholder engagement activities
- Travel extensively within the project area for field implementation and monitoring

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Public Health, Development Studies or related field
- Strong communication, training and facilitation skills in Hindi (English working knowledge preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple field activities
- Valuable documentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ready to travel for project activities.

Essential Experience

- Demonstrated experience in conducting trainings/workshops on Menstrual Health & Hygiene (MHH)
- Prior experience in execution and management of community-based development projects
- Experience working with schools, adolescent girls, women’s groups, and rural communities will be preferred
- Experience in donor reporting and stakeholder coordination is desirable.

Mandatory Requirement

- Candidate must own a two-wheeler vehicle and possess a valid driving license for regular travel across project villages
- Preference will be given to local candidates residing in Greater Noida
