Key Responsibilities:

Investor Transaction Processing

- Oversee processing of subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and investor onboarding activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of capital activity transactions.




- Review and approve investor transaction documentation.

Investor Services

- Act as primary escalation point for investor and client queries.
- Maintain high standards of client servicing and communication.
- Coordinate reporting and investor statement distribution
- AML/KYC & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS, and regulatory requirements.
- Review investor due diligence documentation.
- Escalate suspicious or incomplete documentation issues.

Hedge Fund Operations

- Coordinate with fund accounting, custody, compliance, and legal teams.
- Support NAV release processes and investor allocations.
- Monitor adherence to fund offering documents and operational procedures.

Required qualification and experience

- MBA / Post graduation / Graduation from a reputed institute
- 8–10 years of experience in transfer agency, hedge fund operations, or fund administration.
