As a Business Process Expert with a focus on BPCS (Business Planning and Control System), you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of business processes supported by the BPCS system.
You act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT, driving efficiency and supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support & Troubleshooting Provide support to users and resolve system-related issuesEnsure timely communication and resolution of incidentsMaintain high service levels and user satisfaction
- Project Support & Delivery Participate in and support transformation and improvement projectsAct as subject matter expert for BPCS in project teamsEnsure business requirements are translated into effective system solutions
- Stakeholder Interaction Collaborate closely with business users, IT teams, and external partnersGather, understand, and challenge business requirementsProvide training and support to end users.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of BPCS / ERP systems
- Solid understanding of business processes (e.g., supply chain, finance, or manufacturing)
- Problem-solving mindset with analytical skills
- Ability to work on projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, service-oriented attitude
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with BPCS or similar ERP systems
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Background in project environments.
