Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for an English Language Trainer, based in Bengaluru North. The English Language Trainer will deliver engaging language lessons, guide students in language acquisition, and implement effective teaching methodologies. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting language exercises, providing feedback,



and supporting students' progress toward achieving fluency and proficiency in English. The trainer will also foster a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching skills
- Strong expertise in Education and the ability to design and deliver effective learning strategies
- Excellent Writing skills to create lesson materials and evaluate student progress
- Ability to inspire and motivate students through engaging teaching methods
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in teaching or training roles is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning environments
