Summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a highly skilled ETL Developer with strong expertise in SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and SSIS. This role is focused on designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data integration pipelines to support enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data modeling and data warehousing concepts, along with a passion for building efficient, reliable data solutions. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Description

- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines using SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Build and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations
- Implement scalable data integration solutions to support enterprise data workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Apply data modeling and data warehousing principles to structure and manage large datasets
- Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures,



and ensure high data quality and integrity
- Optimize performance of data pipelines through indexing, partitioning, and query tuning
- Support cloud-based data initiatives and contribute to modernization efforts
- Document processes, workflows, and technical designs for maintainability and knowledge sharing

Requirements

- Proven experience in ETL development with hands-on expertise in SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including performance tuning and query optimization
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and data warehouse architecture
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and complex data transformations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
