Job Title: Data Analyst Trainer (5–10 Years Experience)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced **Data Analyst Trainer** to deliver high-quality training programs aligned with industry standards. The trainer will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and preparing students for real-world data analytics roles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver training on core Data Analytics tools: * Microsoft Excel (Advanced) * SQL * Power BI * Tableau * Teach concepts including:

* Data Cleaning & Preprocessing * Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) * Data Visualization & Dashboarding * Business Intelligence & KPI reporting ([arboracademy.in][1]) * Conduct **hands-on sessions, live projects, and case studies** * Design and update course curriculum as per industry trends * Mentor students on:

* Real-time projects * Portfolio building * Interview preparation & mock interviews ([arboracademy.in][1]) * Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and feedback * Support placement activities (resume building, interview guidance)

Technical Skills:

* Strong expertise in: * Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) * SQL (joins, queries, data manipulation) * Power BI / Tableau (dashboard creation)



* Good to have: * Python for Data Analysis (Pandas, NumPy) * Basic statistics & business analytics concepts

Training Skills:

* Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners * Experience in classroom/online training delivery

Experience Required:

* **5 to 10 years** in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence / Data-related roles * Minimum **2–3 years of training or mentoring experience preferred**

Qualification:

*Bachelor's or Master's degree in * Computer Science / IT / Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering * Relevant certifications in Data Analytics / BI tools preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Industry experience with real-world data projects * Experience working with datasets from domains like finance, marketing, or operations * Passion for teaching and mentoring students * Exposure to placement-oriented training environments
