- Target Achievement & Pressure Handling: Maintain a high-level focus on achieving targets while working effectively under pressure.
- Client Liaison: Meet and engage with clients to understand and identify their specific requirements.
- Database Management: Systematically maintain and update long lists of databases, ensuring regular follow-ups.
- Client & Partner Interaction: Work with individual homeowners, builders, commercial establishments, and other consultants.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to fulfil client requirements efficiently.
- Single Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for clients from initial engagement to project conversion, providing periodic progress updates to senior management.
- Lead Generation & Initiatives: Ideate, execute, and implement current and existing lead generation strategies.
- Solution Presentation: Develop and present effective solutions to clients, leading to successful project conversions.
- Quotation & Estimation: Prepare and raise estimates/quotations for clients based on their customization needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery and marketing campaigns (if applicable).
- Client Meetings: Arrange and attend meetings with clients both within and outside the office.
- Site Visits: Organize and accompany clients on site visits to showcase the company's work.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with design and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Marketing Participation: Engage in marketing initiatives when required.
Experience & Education Required:
B2C Sales work Experience and Degree is Required
