Role Description

This is an in office internship role located in the Pune Division. As an Article Assistant, you will actively contribute to diverse client engagements under professional guidance. Responsibilities include assisting with audits, preparing financial statements, supporting tax and statutory compliance, and conducting financial analysis. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, understand regulatory standards, and develop a deep understanding of the accounting profession while working in a collaborative and mentorship-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of basic Accounting principles, Accounting Standards, and ability to prepare financial statements
- Understanding of Direct Tax and Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and experience with tax filings
- Skills in Financial Analysis and Compliance processes
- Familiarity with Audit procedures and corresponding regulations
- Proficiency in accounting and tax-related software tools and systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a professional environment
- Enrollment in the Chartered Accountancy course under ICAI, with completed or in-process IPCC/Intermediate levels
