Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Flutter Engineer to spearhead the development of mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms.
As a technical leader, you will design scalable mobile architectures, guide a team of developers, ensure best coding practices, and drive the adoption of modern tools and technologies.
You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, high-performance, and user-friendly apps.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of Flutter-based applications from concept to deployment.
Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable mobile architectures.
Mentor and manage a team of Flutter developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to define app requirements and functionalities.
Evaluate and implement third-party SDKs, APIs, and Flutter packages as needed.
Set up CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.
Continuously optimize performance and refactor codebases for speed and efficiency.
Keep up with new trends and innovations in mobile development , Flutter, and Dart.
Manage release cycles and work closely with QA to ensure bug-free releases.
