- Monitoring and Maintaining and Managing Company Hardware and networks like, Servers, Firewall, Desktops, Networks, CCTV, Biometric Devices, Scanners, Printers, EPABX, telephones and all other IT assets.

- Upgrading and installing and configuring current hardware and software to meet company objectives.

- Creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts as necessary, ensuring proper access permissions align with roles

- Data backup and recovery

- Documenting the processes

- Maintain the Logs for Day-to-day Support activity and Maintenance.

- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration
