Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and generate Management Information System (MIS) reports that support business operations and decision-making. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting and supervising the MIS team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Analyze business data and generate meaningful insights for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and automated reporting systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and consolidate data.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Maintain database records and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle data extraction, cleaning, and reconciliation activities.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis.
- Improve reporting efficiency through automation and process optimization.
- Support, guide, and supervise the MIS team in daily operations.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure timely completion of reports.
- Train junior MIS executives on reporting standards, Excel tools, and data management processes.




- Ensure smooth coordination within the MIS department and with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, etc.)
- Experience with MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Team handling and supervision skills.
- Good understanding of databases and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field.
- Certification in Advanced Excel, or Data Analytics is preferred.

Experience

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, data management, or business analysis.

Salary : 22k - 25k per month.
