Key Responsibilities
- Manage email marketing campaigns for 5-8 concurrent client accounts
- Develop campaign strategies tailored to different industries and business models
- Create and execute campaigns across multiple email platforms based on client preferences
- Conduct thorough campaign audits and provide optimization recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and client presentations
- Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with account managers, designers, and copywriters on integrated campaigns
- Provide email marketing expertise during client strategy sessions and pitches
- Train client teams on email marketing best practices and platform usage
- Manage campaign budgets and timelines across multiple client projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications,
or related field
- 3-5 years of email marketing experience with agency or multi-client workplace preferred
- Proficiency across multiple email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, etc.)
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Experience with various industry verticals and their unique requirements
- Knowledge of email marketing regulations across different regions
- Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations
