Key Responsibilities

Manage payroll accounting processes for the US business

Support internal and external audits

Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance

Handle reconciliations, month-end close activities, and reporting analysis

Coordinate with cross-functional and global stakeholders

Preferred Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting
- Experience with payroll accounting and audit handling
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage critical deliverables
