Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Audit Manager / Senior Audit & Tax Consultant to join our firm in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently handling audit finalization, reviewing financials, and managing tax-related matters with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Finalization of statutory audits, tax audits, and internal auditsReview of financial statements, audit files, and supporting documentation

* Handling Income Tax and VAT matters including filings, assessments, and compliance

* Identifying and addressing compliance risks proactively

* Managing client communications and resolving queries independently

* Supervising and guiding junior team members

Requirements

* Minimum 8+ years of experience in a CA firm (mandatory)

* Strong experience in audit finalization and taxation

* Qualification: CA (preferred)



or Inter CA with relevant experience

* In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, audit procedures, and tax regulations

* Ability to handle multiple clients and assignments independently

* Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
