Job Description:
Responsibilities:
· Primary technical contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers
• Monitor support activity, SLAs, and customer satisfaction
• Handle escalations and drive issue resolution across teams
• Maintain deep knowledge of Actimize cloud products, integrations, and APIs
• Support onboarding, upgrades, and operational readiness
• Lead QBRs and technical reviews
• Track key metrics (CSAT, SLAs, ticket trends, usage)
• Provide customer insights to Product and R&D;
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's in CS/IT/Engineering
• 5+ years in TAM, support, cloud ops, or delivery
• Solid technical + customer-facing skills
• Cloud platform experience/knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Good to have API / integration knowledge
• Project management skills
