The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit formalities. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, fosters employee engagement, and supports organizational growth by maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▸ Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates through various channels.

• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and induction programs for recent joiners.

▸ Employee Relations

• Serve as a liaison between management and employees to ensure clear communication.

• Address employee grievances and effectively resolve workplace conflicts.

▸ Performance Management

• Assist in conducting appraisals and periodic performance reviews.

• Support the design and implementation of training and development initiatives.

▸ Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure strict adherence to applicable labor laws and internal company policies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

▸ Payroll & Benefits Administration





• Coordinate timely salary processing and administer employee benefits.

• Manage attendance, leave records, and related HR systems efficiently.

▸ Employee Engagement & Retention

• Plan and organize employee engagement activities to boost morale.

• Monitor workforce sentiment and recommend proactive retention strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of HR experience; entry-level candidates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.

• Robust knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
