We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Project Manager WTP to lead end-to-end execution of Water Treatment Plant projects. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in EPC project management, water treatment technologies, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery. This role requires ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

- Lead complete lifecycle execution of WTP projects including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and cost constraints
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

Technical Oversight

- Review engineering drawings, P&IDs;, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental norms, and safety regulations
- Provide technical guidance on water treatment systems (RO, UF, STP, ETP, filtration)
- Collaborate with engineering and site teams for issue resolution

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary interface for clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct regular project review meetings and progress reporting
- Manage client expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction levels




- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues

Procurement & Vendor Management

- Oversee procurement of equipment, materials, and services
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and contractors
- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery

Quality, Safety & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and SOPs
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and compliance checks
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Risk & Cost Management

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor and control project costs and budgets
- Optimize resource utilization for improved efficiency
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and change control processes

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong expertise in Water Treatment Technologies: RO, UF, STP, ETP, Filtration Systems
- Proven experience in EPC Project Management
- Proficiency in Project Management Tools: MS Project, Primavera
- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
