- Should be hands-on & coding - 20% of the time will be spent in coding.
- Should have exposure to AI coding tools
- Strong in High Level Design (HLD)
- Should have experience designing & building scalable projects using microservices.
- Should have exposure to contemporary Devops processes - CI/CD, Observability stack (prometheus, grafana)
- Strong foundation on agile software development methodology.
