Job Title: PLC Programmer/ Automation Engineer/Application Engineer

Industry: Robotics & Automation

Bond: 1-year agreement; annual salary increments.

Functional Area: Allen Bradley, Siemens S7200, S7300

Experience: 4 + Years.

Key Responsibilities:

· PLC & HMI Development: Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi PLCs, designing and programming HMI interfaces.

· Robotics & Automation Projects: Participate in and manage robotic automation projects, preferably in the automobile industry.

· SCADA & DCS Systems: Development and management of SCADA systems such as Wonderware (Indusoft & InTouch), Vijeo Citect, and WinCC, and integration with DCS systems.

· Project Management: Lead PLC teams and automation projects, handle customer interactions, oversee testing, installation, and commissioning of automation systems.

· Troubleshooting: Provide expert troubleshooting for control panels, power systems, drive panels, and handle technical support calls from sites across India.

· Training & Mentorship: Conduct training sessions for site engineers on PLCs, SCADA, and servo motor applications.

· Servo Motor & Drives: Hands-on experience with servo motor integration, motion control,



and drive systems for robotic and automation applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Solid hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi PLCs

· Knowledge of HMI and SCADA system integration

· Practical experience with servo motors and drives

· Prior involvement in robotics projects, preferably in automobile manufacturing

· Proven ability to manage teams and automation projects

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred: Certification or courses in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi) Experience in servo motor programming and motion control

Education: · BE/B-Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation) or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
