About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Web Developer with a minimum of 3 years of qualified experience to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate must be equally proficient in both WordPress and Shopify. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of web development from initial theme customization to complex plugin/app integrations ensuring our clients receive high-performance, responsive, and secure digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Platform Development: Develop, maintain, and scale high-quality websites using WordPress and Shopify.
- Customization: Customize themes and plugins/apps (Liquid & PHP) based on specific project requirements.
- User Interface: Build fully responsive and user-friendly web interfaces that provide a seamless experience across all devices.
- Performance: Optimize websites for maximum speed, Core Web Vitals, and SEO performance.
- Integrations: Successfully integrate third-party APIs, specialized apps, and secure payment gateways.
- Maintenance: Troubleshoot and fix bugs, errors, and compatibility issues promptly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers and project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Security: Ensure robust website security and perform regular updates and backups.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in web development.
- CMS Expertise: Strong experience with WordPress (custom development)



and Shopify (Liquid customization).
- Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Backend: Solid experience with PHP for WordPress development.
- App Ecosystem: Familiarity with Shopify APIs and complex app integrations.
- SEO Knowledge: A robust understanding of SEO best practices and how they relate to site architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

- Expertise with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Bricks, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of WooCommerce customization.
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus features.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles to assist in design-to-code transitions.
- Proven experience with speed optimization tools like GTmetrix and Google PageSpeed Insights.
